Coaching & Mentoring

Heather Newell has been contracted by many different organisations, from small non-profits with one employed staff member, to large district councils and nation-wide charities to provide coaching and mentoring services.  Some examples include:

• a one-off two hour individual coaching session for a new staff member
• three one-hour sessions over a month to solve a sponsorship contract issue
• a half-day brainstorming session with fundraising and communications staff
• briefing experienced staff on new trends, portfolio evaluation, etc.
• a two hour session with the chief executive to evaluate the portfolio
• or we can tailor something to suit.

12 month Coaching Programme

In 2008, Foresee established a 12 month coaching programme which a number of New Zealand's non-profit organisations undertook, and received great benefit from.  The Coaching Flyer (see below) explains how the programme works.  This may give you an idea of how a coaching programme could suit your organisation.  Then call us to discuss how we can tailor it in 2012 for your needs.
