Heather Newell has been contracted by many different organisations, from small non-profits with one employed staff member, to large district councils and nation-wide charities to provide coaching and mentoring services. Some examples include:
- a one-off two hour individual coaching session for a new staff member
- three one-hour sessions over a month to solve a sponsorship contract issue
- a half-day brainstorming session with fundraising and communications staff
- briefing experienced staff on new trends, portfolio evaluation, etc.
- a two hour session with the chief executive to evaluate the portfolio
or we can tailor something to suit.
